Hi, I'm Dr. Allison Fleetwood

I believe greatness lives in everyone. My work is about helping you give yourself permission to access it.

With more than 20 years in the classroom and over two decades performing on stage, I bring a dual lens of educator and artist to every space I enter. I work as a theater teacher, regional arts director, educational consultant, and keynote speaker, supporting educators and organizations who want to reimagine engagement, leadership, and learning through creativity.

My work has been shared with educators and creative leaders through Broadway Teachers Workshop in New York City, the International Creativity Conference in Italy, and multiple performing arts centers and school districts across the country, where the focus is consistent: creativity is not an “extra.” It’s a way of thinking that transforms how people lead, teach, and connect.
